Unexpected spa delight after sightseeing

My stay at La Sinfonia Majesty was phenomenal! I loved the cozy atmosphere, and the spa experience was a highlight, leaving me rejuvenated after exploring the city. The staff, especially Phoebe at the front desk, made every effort to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit.

While everything went smoothly, some decor in the room could use a little updating for a fresher look. It didn’t hinder my experience, but it’s worth noting for future improvements.

I had the most amazing stay in the Majesty Suite with its perfect bed quality that had me oversleeping because of the comfort! The fine views from the rooftop bar during sunset were lovely while sipping on delicious cocktails. The staff's perfect service, especially Phoebe's warm hospitality.

The hotel staff were attentive and professional.

While the hotel's location in Old Quarter had plenty of nearby attractions, my experience was marred by a few issues. The noise from the street was overwhelming at night, making it hard to get any rest. Additionally, the evening menu at the restaurant was disappointing as it lacked authentic flavors of the local cuisine I was hoping to enjoy.

Adele’s attentive hospitality made our stay particularly memorable, as she provided thoughtful travel gifts and insights, reminiscent of luxury service. The rooftop bar view was breathtaking during sunset.

Spa treatments were exceptional. staff exceeded expectations.

The location was perfect for young travelers, with vibrant restaurants and shops just a short walk away. I loved the fantastic rooftop bar, especially during happy hour when the views over the lake are stunning. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Breakfast offered a delightful mix of Western and Vietnamese dishes, with creative options like homestyle Japanese meals that catered to diverse tastes. Service was heartfelt, especially from staff who surprised us with a birthday cake and thoughtful gifts upon checkout. Unfortunately, the noise from the street was noticeable at night, and the sky bar could improve its ambiance music. Additionally, some room details appeared a bit dated.
